What if you're one person and something happens?
Every Sprint ends with the system written down: playbooks, SOPs, the cadence, and the dashboards. The point is that it runs without me.
Are you on site?
Yes, as much as the work needs. Usually two to three days a week on site, the rest remote. Travel is billed at cost.
Who do we contract with?
Nimble Rhino, LLC, my firm since 2001. You get one statement of work, one invoice a month, and me.
What's the difference between a Sprint and an Interim role?
Whether you have a leader. In a Sprint, your sales leader keeps the seat and I work alongside them part-time. In an Interim role, the seat is empty, so I take the title full-time and run the team.
Is this a fractional role?
The Sprint is the closest thing, but it isn't fractional in the usual sense. I'm on site about three days a week, I own one agreed number, and I take a maximum of two clients. If the seat is empty, I go full-time as interim.
Will you look at a company before we close?
Yes, if the deal team wants a read on the target's sales team. We'll scope it on a call. Most firms use the Diagnostic right after close instead.
Can we hire you full-time after?
Yes. Any engagement can convert to the permanent seat. No placement fee and no search, and you've already seen the work.
How many clients do you take?
A maximum of two at a time. When both are full, the next engagement starts when one ends. Booking 20 minutes now puts you first in line.
Can we talk to references?
Yes, at the final stage, once we've agreed on scope. I protect the people who vouch for me, the same way I'd protect yours.
